Summit County Fair Guidelines/Requirement 2021


4-H Exhibits Entered:

Monday, August 9, 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - 4-H Exhibit Entry Day

Tuesday, August 10, 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - 4-H Fair Exhibit Entry Day

Wednesday, August 11, Judging Day -Closed to the public No Entries

4-H Exhibits Open To The Public:

Thursday, August 12, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Friday, August 13, 10:30 a.m.  - 8:00 p.m.

Premium booth opens:  2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, August 14, 12:00p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Premium booth opens:  11:00 a.m.  - 7:00 p.m.


Premiums left after the above time can be picked up at the Summit County Treasurer’s Office up until Monday, August 16. All exhibits must be picked up from the Ledges Event Center on Monday, August 16, 2020, 4:00 p.m.- 6:30 p.m.  No Exceptions


Exhibits selected for state fair: Please check judges’ suggestions and make needed improvements. Most food exhibits will need to be remade and can be frozen if necessary.  Please return all UT State Fair exhibits to the 4-H Office no later than Tuesday August, 24, by 5:00 p.m.


The 4-H office will transport 4-H exhibits to the state fair.
