1.      Exhibitors will follow the General & Jr. Livestock Rules.

2.      Junior exhibitors must be members of Summit County 4-H or FFA programs.

3.      Market Steers are due (tied up in stalls) Thursday, August 8th, 2019, by 9:30 a.m.

4.      Official weigh-in Thursday, August 6th between 9:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m..

5.      Judging starts Friday, August 7th at 11:00 a.m.

6.      All market beef exhibitors must have proper change of ownership/brand inspection papers authorized by the Utah Dept. of Agriculture in order to sell animals through the Summit County Fair.

7.      Showmanship will be held on Thursday, August 6th at 4:00 p.m.

8.      All Steers must be unloaded on the north end of the beef shed next to the rodeo arena, NO EXCEPTIONS
