PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE CHANGES FOR 2020
On Site Food Vendors: Prepares meals to be eaten at the fair. Fees may be found below. area which includes canopy set up and cooking space. *Please note fee is non-refundable and you are required to participate on all Fair dates listed below.
Saturday, August 1, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 5, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 6, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday, August 7, 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 8, 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
10x10 Canopy Tent which includes canopy set up, cooking space and 1800 Watts of electricity - $250
10x20 Canopy Tent which includes canopy set up, cooking space and 1800 Watts of electricity - $400
Food Truck/Trailer no longer than twenty (20) feet includes place to park - $400
Food Truck/Trailer longer than twenty (20) feet includes place to park - $600
*Please note that Food Trucks/Trailers MUST provide their own power. No power will be provided to them. You may not park supply trailers/vehicles within fairgrounds. You must bring in all supplies at the beginning of the day and then return to designated parking areas. The only thing allowed within the fairgrounds aside from the vehicle/trailer you are preparing and serving food out of is a generator for your power.
*The Summit County Fair Board reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave at any time.
*A deposit will be required up front before you will be allowed to set up. The deposit will be returned to you if you satisfied the participation requirements listed above. If you are not open when required, you will lose your deposit.
*You will be required to sign a code of conduct to participate.
Application Deadline for this category is May 31, 2020 at 11:59 PM. Selected vendors will be notified and invoiced on June 15th - payment in full will be due before July 1, 2020.
