Vendor Coordinator


On Site Food Vendors:  Prepares meals to be eaten at the fair.  Fee is $250.00 which includes canopy set up, cooking space and electric.  *Please note $250.00 is non-refundable and you are required to participate on all Fair dates listed below.

 

Saturday, August 5 – 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Tuesday, August 8 - 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Wednesday, August 9 – 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Thursday, August 10 – 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Friday, August 11 – 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, August 12 – 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

 Application Deadline for this category is June 1, 2017.  Selected vendors will be notified and invoiced on June 15th - payment in full will be due before July 1, 2017.

On Site Food Vendor Application Available 


Commercial Vendor:  Artist, Craft, Jeweler and Gourmet Food Vendors. Fee is $100.00 which includes a single 10 x 10 canopy with 4 sidewalls (provided by Summit County Fair).  Please note $100.00 is non-refundable* and vendors are required to participate both days.

Friday, August 11 – 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 12 – 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

 Application Deadline for this category is July 1, 2017.  Selected vendors will be notified and invoiced on July 15th - payment in full will be due before August 1, 2017.
